Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we have a limited number of appointment times available and your time is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you respect our Cancellation Policy.

We charge a 50% cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled and/or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you have paid a deposit this will be lost and not refunded.

In the event of a no show you are responsible for FULL payment of the appointment.

Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Deposit for New Clients

Release Wellness Centre requires a 50% deposit to be processed to secure your booking.

We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions over the phone.

Please call 0433 505 878 between 10.00am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday to process your payment over the phone.
